Since namecheap is an enom parter, can I push domains from enom to namecheap ?

No, most of the larger enom resellers do not allow pushes to/from. You would probably need to initiate a transfer from them if you wish to move the name over.

I did one two days ago and it transferred today. dmaven is right...they won't push the domain for you. It would be an administrative hassle for NC.

I think it is same like with GoDaddy and WildWestDomains. Even though WWD is GoDaddy Reseller, the push is not possible.
