is it possible to set a cobalt server up to accept w@p sites. if so what software is required?.

WAP only requires these extensions .wml .whtml and there are a few more, but use .wml as it is the standard. The page will then be accessable, they can even browse .html pages on most phones, you will want to convert images to WMBL format which is available in the latest version of Macromedia Fireworks/ Dreamweaver (the standard for design and layout of html) it has build in wap graphic compression and even a wap WML layout subset. if you have more questions on it you can email me directly, i know quite a bit of WAP :-)

Eddie, I remember that enabling WAP on a server was discussed here about 3 months ago... search for 'WAP' and you *should* be able to find it. Rather painless it seemed.

add the relevant mime types .wml .wbmp etc

I thought there was an option to do this in Raq's via the control panel- if not your fecked
