about a year ago i registered a few domains with one and one thinking they were half decent.
I recieved a letter from them not so long back to tell me my payment has been rejected, and i had seven days to update my billing settings or they lock me out. Seeing as my card had actually expired, I logged onto the site and entered the new details of my new card, and sent an e-mail to billing as it requests.
Its now been a good week and i am still locked out. I have sent several e-mails and messages via the control panel with absolutely no reply, and tonight i spent 10 minutes on hold to them untill i couldnt take the torture of elton john any more and hung up.
Thier support is a bit pants, and i want to cry. Because of them I am going to have to pay another months subscription on my old hosts because I wont get the dns's changed in time, and that sucks. really.
As soon as my account is unlocked I will be transfering all of my domains and advise all of my clients to stay away from them!
