Anyone host with simonweb.com? Their package looks like what I'm looking for. I'd be interested in any comments.
The only negative thing I have to say so far is that their support E-mail seems to have an 8-9 hour turnaround time, which isn't good for an impatient individual such as myself.
They also seem to be acting like it's not obvious how to transfer my domain to their server. Since I'm new at this, I need help. A whois indicates that I am indeed the owner, but I registered it through Yahoo, and I have no idea how to get them to let it go. Can the new host just unilaterally change the DNS for the domain name, then I cancel my Yahoo/Geocities service a few days after?
Thanks.
