Can someone tell me how can I change the welcome message when someone logs in via FTP ?

It is a .ftphelp file, once you log in I think you get one copied to your user directory, so you have to kill all of them to get everyone with the new one, and I forget where the one you need to change is for the default.

could it be in /etc/skel/en_US/ ???
