Im trying to find a script or oScommerce type system which allows commision based sales.

The basic idea is that I will be selling products through my site, which are made by other designers.

For every one of the products I sell, commision will be payed to the designer (they will get a percentage of the price I sell it for)

Sales will be processed through Paypal, so the commision being payed to the designer would have to happen instantly.

I would obviously need something with an area for the designers, so they can check their sales, how much commison they have made, etc.

An area for administration, adding products, etc.

And obviously the shop front, where people buy stuff ;)

Im not sure if what I describe is exactly the same as an affiliate type system.

I don't know if i've ever seen a turn-key solution for this exact thing, but I am developing a custom one for a client now that sounds similar to what you're looking for...

possibly look into www.zencart.com ? not sure if that does affiliate stuff or not, but i know everybody says this but you could check http://hotscripts.com/PHP/Scripts_and_Programs/Affiliate_Programs/

I went through the whole of that section of Hotscripts.

A couple looked like they may work, but nothing matched exactly.

If you're looking for something a more custom, you may want to check out geekbidder.com and post your specific project specifications there. Someone is bound to be able to make it for you.

There is no such system..

You will have to integerte a commision system with something like oscommerce..
