an account wants to add extra ftp's to use with his account
using control panel the message that comes up in cpanel

Using which control panel?

if you need to add more FTP accounts to an account just click in modify account in WHM

But if what you need its set a new FTP using Cpanel, click in FTP manager and add ftp account.

I' not sure if this is what you mean, but I hope it help
