Hello, sorry if my question isnt related to this section of WHT forums but while its PayPal related i thought to ask here.
So im looking for a service wich would provide me with an US IP address static or dynamic, if dynamic prefer from the same network class, to access PayPal site so the engine wont detect anything fishy.
Why i want to do it this way ? well i've tryed the right way first.. Got my USBPP with address, card, bank account, EIN etc even applyed from an US local number with kall8, then i called to PayPal customer service and told em all the truth and they said: You are not from US - u cant qualify! basicly they told me to f. off.
I want to mirror my presence in US by tools the money can buy so i can use system. If anyone know such service please tell me :)

what you need is somewhat like a proxy,
as long as you are using US IP you are safe.
