We have a cobalt raq 4i server and we need to provide a prepaid online support service. So a customer can chat with somebody in our company, but after a payment process. Please note that we need to protect the customer who pays from connection loss or reserve his rights if the reply to his question needs to be postponed a little bit to collect some info about the matter. Can anybody advise us where to find a suitable script for that function?
