Hi all - it hasn't been long since I last posted as 'fac3less'.

That said - I'm looking for a tech support/live chat/ticket monkey position.

I've just finished up a 283+ hour 24 day stint with a company just didn't feel the # of hours and effort exertion along with the comments being made by the company administrators was fair.

That said - my resume is available at:

http://www.fac3less.com/resume.html

I am in EST - and willing to basically work any shift for any reasonable amount. That said - unlike the last position I would like the tools to be available to do my job the best I can - and not have to rely on the administration for modify anythings I'm should have readily available - whether that be DNS modification, activation/deactivation, some sort of billing system, preferably SSH access as I dislike requesting information from clients (such as passwords) or a database that is the equivalent.

That said - I'm willing to give my all - and will help out like you would never believe for the pay I'm willing to accept.

I am not interested in comission positions - but can handle sales fine and dandy.

When I join a company - I'm not out to help myself. If the company I'm working for benefits from my helping them I am better off for it, so here I am - willing to output my all!

HostFlight is looking support techs, however the pay is hosting.
