One of my customers has a domain name registered at NetSol but is having trouble getting it transferred to my nameservers, what can I do to get NetSol to move it over?

A few of my domains were having problems because NetCrap, I mean NET SOL put a logon name and password on my account and then failed to tell me. After days of trying to get them to send me the info I just transfered the domain to a different registrar and was all said and done in a day or so.
