Search engine for your site .. or search engine for web ? Cause it is for web and you want it custom build .. well its worth far more than $150 ..

tell us a lot more about what you are trying to do and then maybe it is possible. but if it is about having your own search engine than it would be more expensive. but more info is needed. :-)
