When you say "Lease" are you meaning just renting? or a Rent to Own?

well, we have one web hosting box already.. we dont use but maybe 60% of it and its only a 80gb hard drive..
the support we get from the place we have it hosted.. is very.. poor.. i heard good news about the dc lately but my newly acquired experience is same as the experience from 2 yrs ago..

(im talking about managed.com)

I'm running 15 boxes from manged.com and have my own tech support for server management. I have averaged over 99% up time for the last 2 months.

when i first got my web hosting machine.. cpanel/whm wasnt installed right? b/c i have experience with working on Cpanel / WHM and i would install / create a new account and domain with it.. and the hosting / DNS was wrong.. i tried several differet things then even asked UISregistry.com to help me (i keep my Main website on UISregistry.com and i rent space from the other machine)

he couldnt do it either. =\

All of my servers have Cpanel installed. I won't work on a server without some kind of server software installed. And in my opinion, Cpanel is the best.

You sometimes have to edit the resolve.conf file and a few other files by manually. But it isn't difficult if you know how.

I beleive thats what we ended up doing.

We are still Debating on switching over or not.

So i will get back to you on this.

well, we have about 6-7 more days before we will find out or not...

managed finally fixxed the /whm and /cpanel and email problems..
and probably until we get either more people for webhosting we probably wouldnt need to upgrade HD space..
