I'm starting an Image Hosting site, and I was looking for something good to use to upload images.

Free to $50 is my budget... any help would be greatly appreciated :)

Easyhost free version, it's fit to run an image hosting service. It does looks like a site hosting software, but you can easily ban extensions and allows only .jpeg or .gif. It loaded with a very good features and the interface are top-notch. Mine powered by easyhost free as well.
