I can understand how there could be a script to install Modern Bill, but Cpanel and Fantastico seem almost impossible to have an auto-install of.

an auto installer script or cpanel and fantastico would be pretty hard to make you'd need a very experinced coder and a budget of 500-1000$ min i'm guessing
