Remember that you're only liable for up to $50 on a disputed charge with Visa/MC (and that's if the host can submit sufficient evidence that you did order whatever you ordered four times). Mind you, the general rule of thumb is if you call within 30 days of your bill being received, you're right until proven otherwise and the card company will give you back your money.

(Don't ask me why this is by the way. I'm only repeating this from having had many discussions with Visa/MC reps regarding Internet merchant accounts in Canada. This is international policy for Visa and MC though.)

If they get enough complaints against them, they will be investigated by VISA/MC and stand to lose their charge priveledges. They also overcharged me back when I was with them, but promptly refunded the overcharge.
