have training sessions, that I've recorded from speaker phone calls. They're average 37 mins long, in wav format. How do I compress that long of audio, and upload to my website?
I'm a complete novice at this. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.. ;)

First, get an MP3 encoder. I'm assuming these are all voice only, so a low bitrate will be fine. Then get an FTP client such as WS_FTP or CuteFTP, log in to the site with your FTP info, and upload.
Also, you must recieve permission from whoever was being recorded or else it is illegal (actually, it's illegal to even record it without asking)
Another option I would consider would be recording them as RealAudio files. They can then be streamed from your server.
www.real.com offers a free (basic) RealProducer!

I'm not entirely sure which would be better, MP3 format or something like windows media (what I personally prefer over realmedia), but either way, yes, step one if to convert the .wav to something a bit smaller. I'd try windows media (as I said), and if that didn't work out, ssomething else...
How do you currently upload files (web pages) to your site? I ask because if you use FrontPage, then I believe they recommend that you *don't* FTP files up.
