Ok I add a domain, IP based, go into the certificate and choose to do a CSR and it says it was successful, but I never get an email!!

I've asked on the Plesk forum with no reply, so I'll ask here.

ANYONE have a clue? If I can't generate a CSR then adding SSL is really gonna be a major pain.
