Hello,

We have been in business since Jan 1st, 2001. We are currently in need of support staff to work the following hours:

630am EST - 330pm EST
Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun and Mon

10pm until 330pm EST
Every Night/Day On The Following Days:
Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun, and Mon

10pm - 7am EST
Tues and Wed

I need someone to cover my help desk, during the times, when I'm sleeping and while I'm at work.

Of course, I will need several people and you will work a shift schedule and will probably work a 4-8 hour shift, depending on the applicants we receive for this position.

I am in the UK and by the time in Dallas I can work from 10oclock at night until 4 in the morning every day if that is what you need, i will miss be away for maybe 3days a month and i have a huge knowledge of windows, dns, iis, whm cpanel and most othe hosting related things.

I forgot to mention that the support is going to be for our DirectAdmin web hosting clients, and for our dedicated server customers. We basically need people available around the clock, so that when a customer's server goes down, a reboot request can be submitted almost immediately.

We have server monitoring software available for your review, and we will give you access to our datacenter accounts, so that support tickets can be submitted for our customers.

Ok, i have been managing dedicated servers for years andi use directadmin about 2 or 3 times a month, i have enough knowledge of it to learn more and to be ale to help others, i send you a personal message please reply
