I subscribe a hosting service. The payment is Recurring Payment monthly through 2CheckOut.com.

I want to stop the next Recurring Payment. How can I do that directly from 2CheckOut.com. The hosting has not answer my question for over a week. The next payment is on coming Monday. The email response from 2CheckOut seems very slow.

Tell them that you've already contacted your host
and that the host hasn't replied yet.

I sent email to service@2CheckOut.com for almost 2 days ago.

If contacting your host hasnt worked and nor has contacting 2checkout then request a link to change your credit card details and enter in a card which has no money on it.

It is bad to say, bt you can also do a chargeback. If neither company is giving you the support that you need, this will hopefully prompt them to respnd better

Open ticket with 2checkout, send email to your host (call them) stating that you want to terminate service with them. If they charge you you can always have those emails / tickets as proof for your chargeback.

You should get a billing reminder 3 days before the bill is due. In there there is a URL to report a problem and stop the billing yourself
