I am wanting to get a reseller but im not sure of the legal implications on running a hosting business.
Is there free legal advice avaliable to help me get started?

i would personally check arround locally as that would be the best legal advise as they know your local laws and regulations.

Im guessing that you are in the uk, to operate as a sole trader, all you really need to do is register with the inland revnue:

inlandrevenue.gov.uk/startingup/register.htm

The best legal advice you can get from here is that you shoudn't seek legal advice in forums.

I'll have to agree with the others here. If you're looking for legal advice, the internet should only be a tool to help you do your own research... talk to a real lawyer, preferably in person, before acting.
