I ahve one of the RaQ3's from tera-byte.com and want to know how, or if, users can sign themselves up for hosting service. ex- put in their username and password and have an account on my server assigned to them.

Cobalt provides an unsuported set of perl scripts for this task; just take a look at their Support Knowledgebase for more info aobut it... or e-mail them.
