If Peer1 fails, where is all the traffic routed to?

Peer1 won't fail, traffic was routed to a second GigE from Peer1 since now, but we do offer 100% uptime SLA and we do have 100% uptime.
Also this is why we add BTN now on our New BGP next month.

It's weird, I used your live chat feature on the website to inquire about that and the sales rep honestly had no idea what single-homed/multi-homed and colocation was. That was kind of disuaded me from taking on the deal. Regardless, the packages you offer are very tempting, I'm just a bit scared of the support.

This is the chat you had with our sales person Sam who is just a few weeks with us and he did replied to your question, he also told you to send a sales ticket, we would then get back to you ASAP since this is not just a sales question but a Network set-up question that needs to be answered by our Technical Sales personnel not a sales rep. on a live chat. Any sales rep. will tell you that he will get back to you if he is not 100% sure on a set-up.

Peer1 does have multiple tier-1 networks on their mix and this is the mix you get from us in Chicago, we do run a BGP network single homed to Peer1 and since it was single homed Peer1 was doing the routing for us till we get our new BGP live by the end of this month so once you send your servers you will access our new BGP.
