Sound like nice laptops. I'd buy one if I hadn't just gotten ripped off in one of those ebay laptop frauds. I lost over $1000 and am waiting to start the battle with the insurance companies (thank God I payed using Western Union and it was covered by a fraud insurance, still a chance I'll see some of my money back) :bawling:

HD is 20 Gigs and Memory is 128. We are not acutally a retail Computer comapny. We are computer contractors for small to medium size businesses and the laptops were for the Techs. Hope this answers any questions.

Whats the Dell service tag off of the machine?

May i ask why you need the Service Tag? I can E-mail you the Service tag but I will not put it public. Sorry.

What softwares does it come with (Win XP home/Pro? Works or Office 2002 Pro/SBE?). How about the CDROM drive (just CDROM, CD-RW, or ?) Somebody mentioned that this sytem has 3 year warranty on it? Sorry to ask you too many questions, I just want to comapare it with buying direct from Dell :)

Covered under Rapid Response warranty via 3rd party onsite contractor, IBM Global until 2/8/2005, depending on your area may also be outsourced to BancTec.
To date there have be no open service calls on this unit.
