Can someone who is a user of this control panel give me a heads up on something.Under user management when you set the email address alias for a user what should show as the alias. Webmaster or webmaster@mydomain.com. I assume it is just webmaster as if you try to enter in the control panel the full email address it just defaults to webmaster. How can one tell if this is working? Someone sent me a msg but it never appeared at my "forward to" address same with a test I did.
Amended
Found the problem when back to look at my e-mails at my ISP provider and I have set up a filter on Netscape for spam and even though it was sent to my correct e-mail the filter kicked it into spam for some reason.

We need a forum specificaly for RaQ3's now. I also have an e-mail problem. Instead of admin@domain.com, it's listed as admin@www.admin.com. How can I change this?

Where do you see it listed like that on the control panel?

When I went to the default start page on a subdomain it said 'your e-mail is user@www.domain.com'.
The e-mail should work regardless of the "www" in the hostname. On my RaQ in order to catch all e-mail I have to type "@www.plusweb.com" as an alias, but that's just how these RaQ's are setup. It may be confusing, but it functions just the same as if it was without the "www" (or at least in my experience).
Also, make sure you have an ANAME in DNS pointing to "www.yourdomain.com" otherwise you will have problems with e-mail.
I have lots of experience with RaQ's and would be more than happy to help anyone out. I know how fustrating they can be, once you figure them out they work quite nicely (unless you were unfortunate enough to recieve a unit with faulty hardware).
Have a great day. Hope this helps.

That's what I was thinking, but my domain hasn't transferred yet so I couldn't test it. Have any easy method to install PHP?

I tried sending an e-mail to user@[ip] (myself)and it went through and I received it. But if when I look at the e-mail in the 'to' section it says user@www.domain.com. Since it went though I don't think it matters, but it looks strange.
cobalt raq's do use rewrite so everything defaults to http://www.domain.com however your right either user@domain.com or user@www.domain.com emails will work.
