I initially used Webattention.net shortly after they first started up and right from the start I was impressed.

Support tickets were always answered within a short period of time and often resolved faster than I could have wished for - Clive really is a diamond.

Then my requirements changed and I needed to have some of my SEO clients accounts located physically in the UK and as webattention only had US servers at the time it was time to look for a new host - one with UK servers.

After switching a few times, including to fairly large UK providers, I still wasn't happy with the level of service that I was receiving - none of them rivalled Webattention. So a bit nostalgic one day I popped onto Webattentions site and noticed that they had just setup their own servers in Global Switch London - it felt like it was time to go back home :)

That was about 4 months ago now and I haven't looked back since - they still have US servers too, as always the servers are fast and Clive (and the other techs) are still on top form!
