if possible

e-Commerce (for some clients)

static ip addresses

It could be a Reseller Account (where I pay a monthly fee for the reseller account and pay a separate fee for the resold account) or a Hosting Package (where i pay a montly fee and get a certain number of domains that I can host, space, bw, etc is all shared on the reseller account)

I'sorry for not explaining this fully but what i meant by Free Domain Setup, is free account setup.

Some hosts charge for seting up reseller accounts or resold accounts. I'm not interested in them.
