I have finished my Content Management System which I am now selling along with webspace. It is very easy to use, and doesn't come with all the added extras that make so many of them over-complex.

What I really want to know is how to promote it, or if any of you would be interested in reselling it.

Very nice start. I wouldn't subscribe to a monthly recurring fee for my client, just my preference. Perhaps you can quell your licensing fears by building in some sort of phone home mechanism ... just a thought. Or perhaps an annual license key?
