I am looking to any user that has SHAdm or Autosetup (DirectPHP) for comments.

Tell me how you like the software.

Has it help your business become more manageable?

Did you try both of these before you purchased one or the other?

What finalized your decision.

I really want to purchase one or the other, but I would like to get some comments first.

We are in the same boat as you, our main concern is security on both of them.

We are currently testing ACP from directphp.

We use AutoControlPro ( Previously known as Auto Setup ), and we dont have any complaints. The folks at ACP have been especially carefull to develope the software to comply with the RaQ's Warranty which is greate for all of us. SHAdmin, I believe breaks a rule or 2, if I am not mistaken. I haven't tried that SHAdmin, but from my experience with ACP, I would deffinatly recommend it to anyone.
