I was wondering how many of all the web developers here are full time web designers.
I figured that a lot of us have a full time job and do web stuff on the side for profit or spending money or just plain fun. Others maybe full time students (college or highschool) and hope to do web related work after school.
Ummm,
I don't know about the people of SitePointForums but here at WHT, web design is my full time job (and hosting).
It can be a lot of hard work but the rewards are just as good. And just to let you know, I don't mean full time as in, I've got no bills and live at my parent's home ;-) . Being a family man, I have plenty of bills and a house to pay for too.
well, being a student I have to see how I get my income. although I do study law I tend to think I'm not all too bad with computers. I like developping things (but I'm at a complete loss concerning graphics). I just do functionality... not layout or graphics. I do that for one of the university's institutes (that's getting me some bucks), doing it for my fraternity, doing it for our god-child sorority, doing it for myself.... :o)
Well, at the institute it's just pure Lotus Domino R5 no real html / php / mySQL
