Does this include server space?
How much is the loop?

Loop is controlled by building management and various other factors based on market. For example, if you were in 111 8th Ave on a floor other than 3rd, 7th, or 15th (the floors where were located) you would need to pay building management to run fiber from your location to ours.

This is a transit offer. If you require co-location space, it can be purchased at any of our locations, pending availability, for $30/U . Pricing and availability on racks, half racks, half cabinets, and cabinets vary by location, in which situation you should get in contact with me directly so we can discuss.

In some instances, including at Carrier Center (600 W 7th), it may not necessarily building management that has to run you fiber. There are other folks that have contracted with the building for conduit/fiber rights to get you around in the building, or even to other points downtown (818 and 1200 7th, One Wilshire, 530 W 6th, etc.). And no, these aren't the folks and the local telco.

Jay,

111 8th Ave and 1950 N. Stemmons Fwy are the two buildings affected/most affected by loop requirements. Generally speaking, the most anyone would pay for a loop would be $800/mo for a GigE and $400/mo for a FastE (pricing for 111 8th Ave).

The LAX sites only require a cross connect, which should be a nominal charge.

Loop and cross-connect fees do not apply to anyone who chooses to also purchase co-location space from us. They apply only to those with demarc's in other parts of the building.
