"ISP and web hosting provider Fasthosts is facing an investigation by trading standards officers following a flood of customer complaints."

The full story is at:

For anyone who doesn't know about Fasthosts, they're basically the UK version of *****, and it looks like they might be going down.

Well done to all those (and moi) who moaned loudly to TS in the UK about their 'fcuk the customer attitude'.

It's just a shame there wasn't an internatioinal equivalent which could take up legitmate complaints and concerns against well known dedicated server providers.

From the article: "If we could find another ISP who could offer NT hosting with the ability to connect to an SQL server, we would use them. But no one else does it at sensible prices."

What about Vibus.net?
They are UK based and have practically identical pricing on SQL.

Just a comment :)
