I'm looking for a good php programmer who is willing to work at a reasonable price, and is able to deliver tasks/projects on time.

The first project will be a test to see your quality of work, and to determine if our relationship will continue. We have several projects per month, and if your work is good then we will hire you on an ongoing basis for new projects and also for maintenance of projects you have completed for us previously.

Here is how it will work:

1) All tasks will be sent to you in a detailed "requirements specification document", so you know exactly what is required to be delivered.

(You will be asked to sign an DNA before we will send the design requirements document.)

2) You will then be expected to reply back with the project/work cost and when it will be finished.

3) If we like your price and timeline, then we will send you a contract, which you must sign for any work to begin.

This same patter will repeat for every project.

1) At least one current reference for php programming work you have recently completed.

2) A description of some recent php programming work you completed. (what work did you do, etc..)

One quick update.

You must be familiar/fluent with "regular expressions (http://www.php.net/pcre)". Much of the work we will require uses text files and it is common to need very good string manipulation skills.
