Can someone give me some recomendations for a good registrar... I am looking for DNS management and email through a good control panel and good support. Also Id prefer a price under 20$/yr. Thanks for the help.

If you were to do a search (search button is at the top right of screen), I'm sure you will find quite a number of recommendations.

I use Stargate, even though some people around here surely would tell you to stay away from them. But it's been good to me.

They're cheap as well ($8.95 or something), and you get a free email account (pop3/webmail), so you can use that one before you sign up for hosting.

If your budget's under $20 and hosting isn't a big deal, there are more than a dozen ICANN-accredited registrars and probably hundreds of resellers you could choose from.

Three I've had personal experience with in this price range are Stargate, DirectNIC, and Dotster. They're all pretty good for basic registration needs--setup, changing contact info, name servers, settings, and so forth. Stargate's $8.85 ($8 each if you register two or more at a time); the others are $15. If you were going with any hosting, forwarding, and so on, I'd give DirectNIC a slight edge over the others. I keep a price list of the ICANN registrars at my site; I'll probably be adding resellers sometime soon.
