Hi there,

I installed a thawte SSL certificate on my raq 4, however now that the certificate is installed, when I go to the site I still get that popup box that tells me that the certificate isn't from a trusted source.

In my raq control panel I see that i've entered the thawte ssl certificate because under the "certificate issuer information" is gives all of thawte's details.

Do I have to restart the server or something for this to take effect?

Yeah you have to restart apache or the cert wont work.

Same for IIS, you have to restart IIS when a new cert is installed.

Go in Telnet or SSH and type:

/etc/rc.d/init.d/httpd restart
