Hello, this is an old issue of mine that i still didnt figure it out.. if anyone can assist i would be in debt. Okay i tried over and over to find a reseller program for the .RO tlds but still no luck... i tried to contact RNC (http://www.rnc.ro) who seems to be the main provider of the domains and got no answer from them when i tried to mail them... If anyone knows something that i dont.. please help me out...

RNC is indeed the Registry.

If you follow the right links you get to this bit (http://www.rnc.ro/new/info-parteneriat-domenii.html) which appears to contain information on how to sign up as a "registration partner". Problem is, it's all in Romanian (but maybe that isn't a problem for you?)
