Can you be a little bit more specific on what you are asking?? Control Panels are a dime a dozen with more being released everytime you turn around. Is there a specific feature you are questioning?
If you can clarify what you are asking I'm sure we can help you out.

ok this is my set up right now.

My webserver is running serv u for ftp and xitami for the webserver.so when people make a account i gotta make them a folder in the webserver webpage folder and then i gotta make a ftp account and link it to that folder.....well what i need is somthing that would let me make new users or take out current users(take out folder and take out username and pass or vice versa)

Well if thats all you need to get done, why not try
Account Services Manager?. Its free and does all that:

I would agree, If all you are doing is serving ftp users I would spend the money on a commercial control panel. Go with something like the 2 mentioned above, or check out hotscripts for a free perl/php script that may do the samething.
