I'm wanting to go into reselling. Does anyone know where I can get a reselling Terms of Service template?

It would be a much better idea to right your own.

http://hostlegal.com provides a template based approach. If you'll be reselling, your host may let you use theirs as a guide or template.

Whenever possible your TOS should be written by an attorney.

If you are really tight on money then you can aways find a law student to do it also but it is best to have an attorney who has experience in that sort of thing to write it out.

I would also say when you have your TOS template seek advice from a local attorney.

if you have a reseller account from a hosting company, they will have a TOS that you should have read in order to signup for your account. every account that you "host" with your reseller account must comply with that TOS, so that is a good starting point. Copy & Paste, then alter as needed.

Ya I agree with Blue Dot Labs. Check the company you got the server from and look at their terms of service. It will give you a good approach to what you need to include in your own. Then write your own based on what you have seen.
