Im using plesk on my web box, and ive always been able to create subdomains such as user.lsg1.net and also set thier hard disk quota.

I recently upgraded my plesk to 7.5.1 and the option

"Hard disk quota" is set to Unlimited and i cannot find how to change that.

I need to set it to 100mb like i always do. and they changed this..

Does anyone have the same problem? What do I do?

First person to find a solution gets paid via paypal..

thank you.

This is no disk quota for subdomains. Sorry.. only for domains. They must have missed it in the development.

You have to Create a separate FTP user account for this subdomain.
After that you have the choise to modify the Hard disk quota.

Cheers!

try better to create a webuser than a subdomain account.

Normally, the subdomain account will take effect only for the Master user.

I think the Plesk change some config like above.

I am running into the same problem, I need to make a user be able to log into plesk to manage a subdomain of mine without giving them access to the main domain. Does anyone know how to do this?

ok I think I figured it out. You can create a subdomain and give the user access to plesk as well. Just create a client then add a domain like subdomain.domain.com. I was surprised this worked but it did. This saved the day, for me anyways!
