I am currently running eBay auctions and would like to open a webstore to complement the auctions so that my regular customers can come back for more purchases in my Webstore.

I would like to get someone to design and implement the startup phase of the webstore for me.

I would like to have personal control of the items to be sold etc etc without troubling the web designer anymore after the initial stage has been completed unless I need any other enhancements

Simple form needed for me to upload picture, HTML etc for it to populate in the correct page in the webstore (if possible)

Paypal payment needed in webstore.

Currently I have a server and a domain name.

y dont you use a php include and just put the ebay page inside your website?
