My reseller account is DOWN AGAIN im With SPLASH HOST,

This is the second time today that is shocking there is no other comment!

L love the service no doupt, and readying everything in WHT about this host being ranked one of the top 5 lets say... i dont know were everyone gets there info from but i will tell you, i have been with them 15 days. and have been down heaps...

MCHOST here i come...

(I was btw rebooting the server and found the process which was killed (well about 1 million of them...) )

Well if you change host every time you experience some problems on a shared server, you will be changing host a lot. I don't know anything specifically about splash host to comment on their particular problems. But, if you want 100% uptime, you might want to think about round robbin hosting multiple mirrored dedicated servers in several data centres.

I think it is better to post these problems in their own forums.

If even every mchost customers (which is famous for its quality support) want to post their problems hear in this public forum it will create huge amount of messages.

This is a business and has its problems. There are down times, hackers etc. and every host even will have down times.

Exactly what i said in my other post, glad to see someone else is getting tired of customers trying obtain support in WHT...its gatta stop. SERIOUSLY

WHT is not a support forum. I totally agreee with you all. Everyone that owns a company should tell them not to post in WHT that the server is down. Contact them directly without using WHT as a reference.
