Does anybody have any experience with fat network reseller accounts? I had my website hosted at Dixie Internet Systems for some time, and I combined them into a reseller account and started hosting for friends and design clients. I was really happy with them for the longest time, but as of late the service has disappointed me, enough to get me to switch. the server got real sluggish, and the responce i was getting from the support staff was not satifactory.
I decided to switch to a reseller account from Fat Network .net. There service has been great so far, with quick answers to any tech support questions I have had. The server seems VERY fast, and had no down time yet. And to my supprise, I got an email today saying that they will be moving my account to a new server, with an upgraded machine, OS, faster, larger hard drives, etc, and neither I, or my clients need to do anything for the move. I use a custom dns servers, so I need to update the ip address, but the move will be seamless and automatic. I moved servers with Dixie, but I had to have all of my clients move files and emails, and create databases again. WHAT A PAIN THAT WAS! let me tell you...
Anybody have any experience with FatNetwork.net? Good? Bad?
