Dear Forum participants,

our hosting company got involved with Dodora, ICANN certified registrar some time ago. Later Dodora was put out of business by court order and DirectI took over their activites. Currently Dodora is back, DirectI lost control over the domains originally registered at dodora and so we lost the control over them. We are unable to contact Dodora or the name behing, Mr. Ron Garrauld - by fax, email, phone...no response yet, only I missed one call from them but since no other attepmt do contact us happened.

We have our domains expiring without ANY chance to control them. Does anybody here has any idea which could help us?

Thank you very much for any suggestions.

Regards,

Jan Hajek

Yes, same thing here.

However, I think the control panel is working now and it allows you to make record changes. But, somehow you can't renew the domain names. Tried their online customer support but it doesn't work. Sent emails to dodora and no response I guess. Not sure exactly what is going.

Hi,

formulate your request and keep on faxing i to to their fax number. Do it couple of times and somebody will give you a call. It works :)

Good luck.

You might want to transfer away once you get control. I hear this guy is bad news.
