I currently am running a hosting website.
I have a little question.
The layout of FAQ systems are usually completely different than that of the site they are on. I was wondering if you guys knew any FAQ systems which integrate into a site? With a search and all?
I really need this as I plan to get my site started up soon.
As in a PHP script?
Most FAQ's are just one page, do this in whatever program you use for Webpage editing, like dreamweaver or frontpage

Hello.
Are you looking to create a "Knowledgebase" type thing?
I think this is what you are trying to ask.
Where you can add/search/comment on etc questions....

Does your provider give you Fantastico? If yes, there is a GREAT program that it installs called FAQ Masterflex (I think) that you can integrate seamlessly with your site.
That is what I used before switching to Kayako.

Thats a link to my old faq system so you can see how it looks.

Just reread and saw that you wanted something with search etc, MasterFlex is not quite so robust, it just does what its supposed to do.

I would use Kayako E-Support (www.kayako.com) - it contains everything you'll need - support tickets, knowledgebase, search and other similar things.
Thanks,
Chris

This helpdesk software has a build-in knowledge base. Works quite good and might need you needs.
