I recently setup support logic on my reseller account and I am having problems with staff not being able to log in. Whenever one of my staff members tries to log into support logic they get an error saying that the user name or password isn't valid. I tried it myself and I am entering the info exactly as it was setup however it still says that my user name and password is invalid. It is the same story with the customer login. The admin login works without any problems.

From my experience with support logic it appears that it will not allow you to be logged into the admin area, and the staff area at the same time. Try logging out of the admin area COMPLETELY, and then try logging in as staff at /staff.php and see if it makes a difference.

I use support logic,quite great and works fine for me.
