1. Banner Rotator: I would like a banner rotator installed in the header and footer of my board, if it's possible.

2. SEO mod: There is a mod to help with search engine indexing Here is the mod (http://www.able2know.com/forums/about15132.html) .

3. I need a page made that matches my forum to put partner links on and then link it to my index page.

I don't know much about your requests, except for number 1. Try using PhpAdsNew to deliver your banners. They have options for local banners saved on your computer and external banners that are on the web. They are very easy to use, you put in how long you want the banner to be, and they will give you a bit of code (You have an option such as Java Script, PHP, and other types of scripts). It will display your Ad in a rotation. Just place the code exactly where you want the ad to appear.
