I have a site where I need to delete some files. I logged in using an FTP program but this said I didn't have permission to delete the files. So, I have logged into the Helm control panel but can't work out where I can find a list of files and then delete them.
Any advice?
Thanks,
Jon

Are you the owner of the server or a consumer? Helm offers something called File Manager but it has to be activated on your specific plan.
If you are actually a consumer, you need to contact your hosting provider to let them know your problem

I have a reseller plan with them, so I am not sure what my classification is.
How do I get to the File Manager from the Helm main control panel?

You need to ask your provider if they added it to your plan. It needs to be added from the admin side. If they do not offer it, you cannot add it

What I meant is that I may already have it added. So, rather than contact them and wait for a reply, I wanted to see if I could see it on my control panel somewhere.

If you had added it - you would see it. When you click on the Domain Name, you would see File Manager (along with those other Icons like POP3, Email MRA, etc).
Under Resource limits - Click on your Hosting Plan - Plan Resources - Web Resources. At the bottom - you will hopeflly see File Manager.

Just added it myself from the resellers side of things. Thanks.
