There`s so many billing script out there, where do I start?

I`m just starting out in reselling, mostly for local clients. I have already got my first three customers (paid by cheque)! However, desperately need to get a billing script installed.

I am not earning big bucks from this `adventure` and probably never will either. I need a script that will easily encorporate with paypal, and maybe cheques/mail orders. Above all, is relatively easy and secure to install.

I have yet to look at any of the free scripts around. But for me to pay 15 to 100 bucks a month for billing would not work.

There is also ModernBill and WHMAP.

When I started as a reseller I used Whois.Cart() and it worked just fine. Now I run a couple servers and needed something more robust, so I moved to ModernBill.

I think you would find Whois.Cart plenty for your needs if you don't plan on getting too big.
