I'm looking for a dedicated server that has reasonable transfer (100GB+) with plesk/ensim(preffered) pre-installed. I need a HDD of about 20GB and my budget is about $400.

Can anybody reccomend a server? Please don't mention RackShack, EFS and cyberwings.
