realvaluehosting

A have a query.
I have a website for example abc.com . Now I register a new domain for example xyz.com which redirects to abc.com using a and cname records. Now when ever a visitor visits xyz.com he sees the site abc.com. Even if he goes to xyz.com/plan.html he will actually see the abc.com/plan.html.
Now my query is how google will react to this. Will google penalize this or not? What are the pros and cons of using this technique?
Any help/comments will be highly appreciated!

If they find out that you are promoting both as separate websites and not only promoting abc.com. However sometimes even google can't tell the difference.
I would personally avoid using domain forwarding for two different domain names. If you had abc.com and abc.net with the second redirected to abc.com then that would be perfectly fine.

Let me explain you this that why I am looking for this.
Our main site is realvaluehosting.com . Now try searching google.com for realvaluehosting (http://www.google.com/search?sourceid=navclient&ie=UTF-8&rls=GGLD,GGLD:2004-31,GGLD:en&q=realvaluehosting). realvaluehosting is not in the google's dictionary so it asks, "Did you mean: reliablehosting". Like me some visitors have a habbit to click on link what google has suggesteg even without seeing the thing. Due to this, people searching for realvaluehosting will be redirected to wrong results. To overcome this situation we have registered reliablehosting dot biz and used the above mentioned method to show the main site. I was planning to market the site with reliablehosting domain as well so when anybody searches realvaluebosting and click on did you mean link at google he should have some way to come to our website.
Let me know your views what is the best way of doing this.

Hrm ... I think that is interesting but why would people google for realvaluehosting explicitly? If they are looking for your company that directly, shouldn't they know it?

they will directly search for realvaluehosting for finding reviews and feedbacks on different sites. Even if they search for realvaluehosting reviews google will suggest the spellings as reliablehosting reviews.

Sounds kinda odd...
for reviews and feedback I usually do search google. but if I were you I would have a feed back section where you can send feedback and show what's been sent.
